When you request a free scan, our form collects the information you provide:

• Business name
• Website address
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)

We do not ask for sensitive personal information, and we never place personal data in URLs.

We use this information solely to run the accessibility scan you requested, to send you the resulting report, and to follow up about the work. We do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Lead details are transmitted to our operator by email through our email provider and retained only as long as needed to respond to your request and keep ordinary business records. We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (for example, our email provider), under their own terms.

We prefer privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics. If analytics are enabled on this site, we use a tool (such as Plausible) that sets no cookies, does not track you across other sites, and does not collect personal data – so no consent banner is required. We do not use advertising trackers.

You can ask us to access or delete the information you submitted at any time by emailing hello@coveredsite.com. Depending on where you live, US state privacy laws or the EU/UK GDPR may give you additional rights over your personal data; we honor valid requests under applicable law.
